Upon your arrival at the Airport Arrival Terminal, our representative will be there to greet you. They will be holding a sign with your name prominently displayed. Following this warm welcome, you will be escorted to a waiting vehicle for your transfer to the hotel.

In the evening, indulge in a two-hour cruise along the stunning man-made Dubai Marina, where you can marvel at the opulent and contemporary landmarks that have transformed Dubai with their soaring towers, serving both residential and commercial purposes over the last decade. T&C

• The Tourism Dirham Fee is set at 10 AED (3), 15 AED (4), and 20 AED (5*) for each room per night, payable upon check-in or check-out, in accordance with hotel policy.
• The type of vehicle provided will depend on the number of guests traveling. Additional charges will apply if extra vehicles or larger capacity vehicles are necessary due to oversized luggage.
• For stays outside the city limits, extra fees will be incurred for both private and shared transfers, which must be settled directly before boarding the vehicle.
• Private Transfers do not mean that the vehicle is at your disposal; it will only transport you to and from the attraction at designated times. The maximum waiting period for private tours or transfers is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
• If you are not present at the pickup location within the allotted time, it will be classified as a No Show.
• Seat in coach (SIC) transfers indicates that you will be sharing a bus with other passengers. Please arrive at the pickup location or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Occasionally, you may need to wait for approximately 30-45 minutes due to traffic conditions, the location of your hotel along the route, and the collection of other guests.
• The pickup times for shared (SIC) transfers may vary (either earlier or later) based on your hotel’s location and the route taken by the pickup vehicle. Any adjustments will be communicated via our support channel.
• The maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide or driver will search for you in the lobby or concierge area, or they may call your hotel room.
• If there is no response from your room, the guide or driver will depart after waiting for 5 minutes, and this will be recorded as a No Show.
• For pickups and drop-offs in residential areas, only private vehicles can be used, and an additional surcharge will be applicable, payable directly at the time of pickup.
• The standard check-in time in Dubai is 3 PM. If you arrive early, you may have to wait, as early check-in is not guaranteed.
• The dimensions of rooms in the following hotels are rather compact, such as City Max (215 sq ft), Howard Johnson (260 sq ft), and City Season Towers (240 sq ft).
• For a more spacious experience, consider opting for apartments or four-star hotels that offer larger accommodations.
• If your travel companions include elderly individuals, infants, or pregnant women, it is advisable to avoid the Desert Safari.
• In such cases, you may choose a desert safari that excludes dune bashing for a more comfortable experience.
• All tours and transfers operate on a SIC (Seat in Coach) basis unless you decide to upgrade to a private arrangement.
• These tours may involve multiple pickup points, typically ranging from four to five hotels for the convenience of other guests.
• Should you be staying in a hotel situated in Deira, you might find yourself among the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off during shared tours or transfers.
• Therefore, it is highly recommended to consider upgrading to private transfers for a more personalized experience.
• If you are planning to enjoy a Dhow Cruise or a Desert Safari with Dinner, please note that the quality of food served may not meet your expectations.
• All hotels in Dubai impose a Tourism Fee in AED, which is required to be settled at the time of check-in or check-out from the establishment.
• When visiting the Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque, all travelers must adhere to a strict dress code, which includes long, loose-fitting trousers or skirts for both men and women, with women required to wear a headscarf.
• Be mindful that shared safari experiences entail seating arrangements with other guests, and specific seat selections (such as front or middle) are subject to availability.
• The last row of seating may feel slightly more intimate compared to other areas.
• If you prefer not to be auto-assigned a seat, consider upgrading to a private vehicle for an additional fee.
• It is prohibited to carry alcohol in vehicles or during tours, with a hefty fine of AED 50,000 imposed if caught.
• Once the journey commences, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are predetermined and cannot be altered.
• We will strive to accommodate any requests for adjustments if feasible; however, please understand that no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations if changes cannot be made.

• It is advisable to acquire a SIM card with data prior to exiting the airport in Dubai.
• This will facilitate seamless communication with drivers, as WhatsApp calls are not operational in Dubai.
• Any modifications communicated directly to the driver will not be acknowledged.
• All requests for alterations must be submitted through our support channel during your journey.
• Please be aware that drivers will not reach out to guests via mobile phones or room numbers due to possible language barriers.
• All coordination will be managed through our support application.
• Guests are courteously requested to arrive punctually at the hotel lobby for pick-up to avoid delays or the necessity for alternative transportation, which will be at their own cost.
• We wish to inform you that our airport representatives, drivers, and service Point staff may seek your consent to capture photographs during your journey.
• This practice aids us in maintaining the consistency and superior quality of our services.
• Upon check-in at your hotel, you may be required to provide an advance/security deposit (the amount varies based on hotel policy).
• This deposit is refunded at check-out, less any charges for items taken from the mini-bar or other fees (such as late check-out or damages to the accommodation).
• Tickets for attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, etc., are not included unless explicitly stated as part of the package.

• We reserve the right to issue a full refund if we determine that we are unable to provide the services due to any technical issues.
• The cost and tickets issued for various attractions concerning children traveling are based on the age provided when creating the package quote.
• Should the service provider impose additional charges based on the children’s height or incorrect information as per the passport, the customer will be responsible for these costs on-site.
• Kindly ensure that the passports of all guests embarking on their journey are valid for a minimum of six months from the date of travel.
• We are only able to assist with the visa application process for those passengers who are traveling. The approval of the visa rests entirely with the Embassy’s discretion.
• In the event that the Embassy denies or postpones the visa for any reason, we cannot be held responsible for issuing any refunds, and the applicable cancellation policies will be enforced.
