Day 1: Arrival in Kuala Lumpur – Check-in

Our airport representative and tour guide will be present in the arrival hall, eagerly awaiting to greet and welcome you. Please make your way to the arrival hall after you have completed your check-out. You will be picked up from either KLIA 1 or KLIA 2 and dropped off at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Known affectionately as KL by the locals, this vibrant city serves as the federal capital and is the largest in Malaysia. The name Kuala Lumpur translates to “muddy river confluence” in Malay, and it has transformed from a quaint Chinese tin-mining village into a thriving metropolis with a population of 7 million (1.8 million in the city proper).

Day 2: Batu Caves – Full Day Genting Highlands (Cable Car)

Following a delightful breakfast, we set off for the enchanting Genting Highlands. Along the way, we pause briefly for a photo opportunity at the magnificent Batu Caves – a stunning limestone hill adorned with a series of caves and temples, serving as the sacred shrine of Lord Murugah, a revered Hindu deity. After this captivating visit, we proceed to the Genting Skyway Lower Station, where we will board a cable car to ascend to the peak. This scenic journey lasts approximately 15 minutes, although the operation of the cable car is contingent upon weather conditions. Perched at an elevation of 2000 meters above sea level, Genting Highlands provides a refreshing escape from the bustling capital of Malaysia, blending excitement with opulence!

Should your return flight be scheduled for the evening, you may store your luggage in the cloakroom and indulge in some shopping in Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently, you will be transported to the airport to board your flight back home. The tour concludes, leaving you with cherished memories.

Important Notes:

• When journeying by Coach from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur or the other way around, please be aware that the travel time may extend to 6-7 hours, and delays can occur at immigration during peak times.
• Starting January 1, 2023, hotels in Malaysia will impose a tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night, which must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-in.
• For stays outside the city limits, additional charges will apply for both private and shared transfers, which must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
• The vehicle provided will correspond to the number of passengers traveling. Should there be a need for extra vehicles or a larger capacity vehicle due to oversized luggage, additional fees will be incurred.
• Seat in coach (SIC) transfers indicate that you will be sharing a bus with other passengers. It is advisable to arrive at the pickup location or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Occasionally, you may need to wait approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, the hotel’s location along the route, and the collection of other guests.
• The maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide or driver will search for you in the lobby or concierge area, or may call your hotel room.
• If there is no response from your room, the guide or driver will depart after waiting for 5 minutes, and this will be recorded as a No Show.
• Private Transfers do not mean that the vehicle is at your disposal. The vehicle will only transport you to and from the attraction at designated times.
• The maximum waiting time for private tours or transfers is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not present at the pickup point within this timeframe, it will be deemed a No Show.
• A reminder to complete the Malaysia digital arrival card Pre-Arrival form before your travel to Malaysia can be found at https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main.
• Upon your arrival at the hotel, you may be requested to provide an advance or security deposit, the amount of which is determined by the hotel’s policy.
• This deposit will be returned to you at check-out, after deducting any charges for items consumed from the mini-bar or additional fees such as late check-out or damages incurred during your stay.
• Tickets for attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, and similar experiences are not included unless specifically stated as part of your package.

• We reserve the right to issue a full refund should we determine that we are unable to provide the promised services due to technical issues.
• The pricing and tickets for various attractions concerning children traveling with you are based on the ages provided when the package quote was created.
• Should the service provider impose additional charges based on the children’s height or incorrect information as per their passports, the customer will be responsible for these costs on-site.
• It is essential to ensure that all guests’ passports are valid for a minimum of six months from the date of travel.
• We can assist with the visa application process for travelers; however, the approval of the visa is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy.
• In the event of a visa rejection or delay by the Embassy for any reason, we cannot be held liable for refunds, and the applicable cancellation policies will be enforced.
