  • Hotel accommodations in Europe can host a maximum of 3 guests; the additional bed is typically a rollaway in rooms comparable in size to doubles.
  • Anticipated room dimensions: 4-star hotels (190–230 sq. ft), 3-star hotels (120–180 sq. ft).
  • Complimentary water bottles are not available in European hotels; nevertheless, tap water is deemed safe for consumption.
  • Flights to Europe (arriving in Zurich, departing from Paris) are included, if selected, contingent upon flight availability and routing conditions, with layovers lasting up to 8 hours.
  • All international flights encompass a 23 kg check-in baggage allowance and in-flight meals (meals on short duration flights are not included).
  • Extended travel days may feature packed lunches or dinners for the convenience of passengers.
  • Visa appointment assistance is assured, but the approval of the visa rests with the embassy’s discretion.
  • Group transfer from Paris is arranged for flights arriving between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM; waiting times may be applicable.
  • Baggage Note: For domestic or internal flights within an international itinerary, baggage allowances will adhere to the regulations of the respective airline. Guests are required to pack in accordance with the allowed limits. Any excess baggage fees (if applicable) must be settled directly by the guest.

  • Pricing Structure
  • The pricing for all tours consists of two elements: Euro (€) and Indian Rupee (₹).
  • The total amount due will be determined by the Euro exchange rate on the payment date.
  • Prices may be revised in response to fluctuations in exchange rates.
  • Booking & Payment
  • 2.1 Payments Within India
  • For bookings made more than 45 days before departure: ₹30,000 per person at the time of booking + ₹45,000 per person within 7 days.
  • For bookings made within 45 days of departure: a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required; the remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days prior.
  • For bookings made within 21 days of departure: full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Non-compliance with these timelines may lead to automatic cancellation and forfeiture.
  • Pricing is based on a twin-sharing arrangement; single travelers must pay the applicable single supplement.
  • Rates are subject to change until full payment is received.
  • 2.2 Bookings Made Outside India
  • For all bookings made outside of India, a minimum payment of EUR 300 per person is required at the time of booking.
  • This amount will be deducted from the total tour cost.
  • The remaining balance must follow the standard payment schedule.
  • Failure to comply may result in non-confirmation or cancellation.
  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
  • TCS is calculated on the total cost of the tour and is due with the final payment:
  • 5% for amounts up to ₹10 lakh.
  • 20% for amounts exceeding ₹10 lakh (effective from 1 April 2025).
  • 10% if the PAN is not linked with Aadhaar.
  • Cancellations & Refunds
  • 4.1 Bookings Within India
  • For cancellations made 120+ days prior to departure: 10% of the tour cost.
  • For cancellations made 120–60 days prior: 25% of the tour cost.
  • For cancellations made 60–30 days prior: 50% of the tour cost.
  • For cancellations made 30–15 days prior: 75% of the tour cost.
  • For cancellations made within 15 days: 100% cancellation (non-refundable).
  • Visa Rejection Policy (for bookings made in India):
  • In the case of visa rejection, ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
  • 4.2 Bookings Made Outside India
  • 0–14 days: 100% non-refundable.
  • 15–44 days: 50% of the tour cost.
  • 45+ days: EUR 200 per person (or equivalent currency).
  • 4.3 Operator Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to operational issues, low participation, or force majeure, a complete refund of the tour cost will be provided.
  • Ancillary expenses such as visas, insurance, and domestic travel are non-refundable.
  • 5. Travel Insurance: It is highly advisable to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
  • Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
  • 6. Passport, Visa & Immigration: Guests are required to possess valid passports with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the return date and to secure necessary visas.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable, and the operator is not liable for visa denials or delays.
  • 7. Flights, Hotels & Operations: Flights may include up to two stops from major Indian hubs; schedules are provisional with layovers lasting up to 8 hours.
  • For Oman Air, the check-in baggage allowance is 20 kg.
  • All flight information is tentative and may change; multiple airlines may be utilized based on availability.
  • Baggage allowance will adhere to airline policies.
  • Flight Disruptions – Terms & Conditions:* In the event of flight cancellation or disruption by the airline:
  • Rebooking on the same airline for alternate dates will follow airline policy and availability (fare protection is subject to the airline).
  • Rebooking with a different airline will be considered a new booking; any fare differences will apply.
  • We are not accountable for providing alternate flights at the same cost.
  • Any airline refunds will be processed according to the rules.
  • Hotels will be of a similar category; standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM.
  • Tours require a minimum of 20 passengers to operate. Itineraries may be altered due to operational or weather conditions. Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if attractions are closed.
